1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing Dyoraa Robotics, purchasing robotics hardware, or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all customers, engineering students, and competitive robotics participants who use our services.

2. Electronics & Hardware Disclaimer

Dyoraa Robotics specializes in high-performance robotics hardware, including coreless motors, sensors, and suction systems.

Pre-Dispatch Testing: All electronic components are tested for functionality prior to shipping.
Usage Liability: We are not responsible for damage caused by incorrect polarity, over-voltage, or improper soldering performed by the user.
Static Sensitivity: Electronic modules are sensitive to Electrostatic Discharge (ESD). Claims for "Dead on Arrival" (DOA) must be accompanied by an unboxing video showing the product being tested for the first time.

3. Payment & Transactions

All financial transactions are handled securely via our payment partner, Razorpay.

                Your order is confirmed only when the transaction is completed and a Payment ID is generated and recorded in our secure database.
            

If your account is debited but you do not receive an order confirmation, please contact us at dyoraaai@gmail.com with your payment screenshot.

4. Shipping & Delivery Policy

Processing: Orders are processed within 24-48 hours after payment confirmation.
Pincode Accuracy: Users are responsible for providing correct Pincode data. Our system uses a specialized API to auto-fill City and State data based on the Pincode provided.
Logistics: While we offer free shipping on select items, delivery timelines are subject to our logistics partners and may vary by region.

5. Return & Refund Policy

Due to the sensitive nature of robotics components, we do not offer a "change of mind" return policy.

Defective Items: Replacements are only provided for manufacturing defects reported within 24 hours of delivery.
Refunds: Approved refunds will be processed via Razorpay back to the original payment source within 5-7 business days.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in your registered business location.
